About Silver Lake
Silver Lake is a hilly neighborhood of Los Angeles, east of Hollywood and northwest of downtown Los Angeles. Silver Lake is one of the most socioeconomically and ethnically diverse neighborhoods in Los Angeles, but it is best known as an eclectic gathering of hipsters, the creative class and a significant LGBT community. With some of the most famous modernist architecture in North America, a good portion of Silver Lake homes are on hillsides and offer views ranging from downtown Los Angeles, to the Hollywood Sign, city lights and hills.
